Receive in-app bug and feedback reports

Your testers and your team can take a screenshot and report feedback or a bug in your app. They can draw directly on the screenshot to show what is wrong and they can add a description of what they would expect. All this happens directly in your app so that your testers have the same user experience and zero interruption while testing.

Get detailed data of your bug reports

With every feedback or bug that your testers give you, the Updraft Open Source SDK collects additional metadata about your testers, so that you can find out exactly what the error might be. Not only do we record the device OS version, device name and other device details, but also the navigation stack so you always know where your testers found the bug in the app.

Manage all your received bugs and feedbacks

We provide you with a dashboard where you can easily manage all your received feedback and bug reports. You can see which feedback belongs to which app version, you can change the status and priority of each feedback. You can export all bugs and feedback and import them directly into your issue tracking tool. As soon as bug is fixed, you can close it with one click.

In-app notifications

You want your beta testers to always run their tests on the latest available app version? No problem, our SDK offers you exactly this feature. As soon as you have uploaded your new app version to Updraft, your beta testers will receive an in-app notification with the information that a newer app is available to install. You can easily switch this on or off and thus control the app testing comfortably.

Our SDK is open source

We publish our app distribution and beta testing SDK as open source. Why? Because we believe that we can only improve a product if we make it fully available to the community. So every developer can inspect the SDK, get more information about what data the SDK collects and even enhance the SDK with useful data, which can be seen in the Updraft dashboard.
